Designed to secure cable looms to a panel or chassis without need for any other fixing device.
 

Basically it is a standard Cab-lok cable tie with an additional push mount head which pushes into a 4.8 mm or 6.4 mm diameter pre drilled hole in a panel up to 2.3 mm thickness.
 

This is fixed from the front of panel only.
